Standard Shipping

JODSGN processes all orders within 3 days of receiving payment.

Please allow 4-12 business days for Standard Shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Canada Post may leave your package at your house, however, if they are unable to do so they will return the package to your local post office or depot. You will be left a card with instructions on where your package is located and how to collect it.

Returns

JODSGN will gladly accept returns, however only under the following conditions:

– Only unworn/unwashed items with original tags attached may be returned for credit/exchange.

– All returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order.

– All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) placed on the outside of the package as well as the original invoice.

– To process your return and receive an RA# number, please send a detailed email including your receipt/invoice and an explanation for the return.

– Items that have been issued an RA# must be shipped within 7 days of the RA# being issued. Customer is responsible for return postage.
– Shipping and Handling is not refundable on returns.
– But, if we mess up your order we’ll gladly cover the shipping costs.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED ON THE WEEKENDS. FRIDAY AFTER 12:00 PM IS CONSIDERED WEEKEND ORDERS.
