Mack Dawg Productions‘ influence on snowboarding is insane. Mike McEntire(a.k.a. Mack Dawg) along with Brad Kremer, have influenced generations of snowboarders with their films. Captuing the world’s best riders, shot across the globe, the videos always had great music. So we figured we’d pick a few of our favourites from the punkish side of things forContinue reading »

A positive attitude yields positive results. Erik Fisher knows this. He’s a skate rat to the core and has been down to support us since day one. Asking him to do the first Fivers was a no-brainer. We sent him the questions and he had them back to us the very same day. We loveContinue reading »
This past weekend we also sponsored an event in CBS along with Ballistic Skate & Snow and Brent Mac Events. And from the looks of it the thing went off! Check out this edit Mike Hamlyn put together featuring a bunch of great skating from some east coast heads. Big thanks to Marcus Willcott for putting the event together. The east coast scene is looking mighty healthy.
The Sk8tember Skate Jam and BBQ was a huge success! We couldn’t have done it without the support of the skaters, volunteers, Skin Gallery staff, sponsors and all the spectators who came out to support the event. Through BBQ sales, event registration, and some very generous donations from Marble Auto Gallery and Skin Gallery TattooContinue reading »
One of the realest dudes to do it, Mr. Pontus Alv, the man behind Polar Skateboards, sat down with Jacob Sawyer of Slam City Skates for an interview. It’s ends up being a pretty refreshing look at Pontus the pro skater, the workings of the Polar skateboard company, their recent tour and upcoming video. HaveContinue reading »
The skate film genius that is Josh Stewart(of Static I-V, Theories of Atlantis fame) just released Inside the Skater’s Studio with Nick Jensen. To be completely honest, I’ve probably watched Nick’s part from Blueprint/Dan Magee’s masterpiece “Lost and Found” more than any other video part ever. So getting to hear some background info on it is awesome. If you’ve never seen it be sure to watch it below first. Everything about it is absolutely stellar; skating, music, filming and editing.
A favorite site of ours(and tens of thousands more,) Cabin Porn™ is a look at cabins, cottages, shacks, and shelters from across the globe. The blog has been around since way back in March of 2009 and has continued to grow and gain viewer/readership since. Some posts consist of a single shot, leaving the surroundings and insidesContinue reading »
Frankie Heck comes through with a part that will have you saying “DAMN!” several times through out. Some fancy footwork for sure. It’s incredible that every week there seems to be a relatively unknown ripper releasing a full part filled with incredible skating.
